What we collect, and what we do not
One part of this website asks you for something. Everywhere else it asks for nothing at all. What follows is which is which, what we keep, for how long, and how to have it deleted.
This website
One form, and it is the only one
On the home page there is a section that draws your household against the years you have left to earn in. Nothing you tick or drag there goes anywhere — it is worked out in your own browser. At the end of it there is a button that asks whether you would like to talk it through, and that button, and only that button, sends us anything.
If you use it we receive your name, your WhatsApp number, and — because it is what the conversation is about — the household you described: your age, whether children or parents depend on your income, and their ages. After we have checked your number we ask for an email address, which is optional. Every other page on this site is a static file, and the form is the only thing on this site that asks you for anything.
We do count visits, and it is worth being exact about what that means. We record that a page was opened, roughly which country the request came from, and which step of the enquiry form was reached — opened, code sent, number confirmed, enquiry sent. It is a count of steps, never of people: no name, number, email or household detail is ever attached to it, so it cannot be traced back to you or to an enquiry you sent.
It sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device, and it is served from this domain rather than by an advertising company. To avoid counting the same person twice in one day it uses a value worked out from the request itself, which changes daily and is never kept. Counting is handled for us by Vercel, who also host this site.
We do not set advertising cookies, we do not run trackers that follow you to other sites, and we do not sell or share data with data brokers. There is no cookie banner because we set no cookie that would need one.
Your enquiry is kept in two places: our own records, and the customer system our advisers work from day to day. That is so an enquiry cannot be lost if one of them is unavailable. Both are covered by everything on this page.
- One form, on the home page, and you have to press a button to reach it
- Visits counted anonymously, with no cookie and nothing stored on your device
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies
- No account, no login, no newsletter signup
- No data sold or shared with brokers
The ages you enter
Why we ask about your family, and how long we keep it
A child of three and a child of fifteen are not the same conversation, so if you tell us their ages we can arrive at the call already knowing which dates are close. That is the whole reason we ask, and it is the whole use we make of it.
It is deleted ninety days after you send it, whether or not we have spoken by then, and it is deleted separately from everything else — so it goes on that date even if your enquiry is still open. Ninety days is also about the point at which it stops being true: a three-year-old is four, and a stale age is worse than none.
We ask for ages, never dates of birth. An age is coarse and goes out of date on its own. A date of birth is a permanent identifier and is used to match records — it is the kind of thing that is worth stealing, and an age is not.
- Ages only, never dates of birth
- Deleted after ninety days, on its own schedule
- Never used for advertising, profiling or anything aimed at a child
- You can ask us to delete it sooner, and we will
If something is wrong
Who to write to
If you want your details deleted, want to know what we hold, or think we have handled something badly, write to support@wealthfarmingadvisory.com and say so. That address is monitored by us and is the one the law requires us to publish for exactly this purpose.
You do not have to give a reason. If you ask us to delete your enquiry we will delete it and tell you when it is done.
Where it is kept
Your enquiry is stored in Singapore
The database that holds enquiries from this website is hosted in Singapore, and our website itself runs from Mumbai. We would have preferred to keep everything in India and we looked for it; our hosting provider does not currently offer an Indian region for this kind of database, and Singapore is the closest one to you.
Indian law permits this. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act allows personal data to be transferred outside India except to countries the Central Government has specifically restricted, and Singapore is not one of them. We are telling you because you should know where your family’s details sit, not because you need to do anything about it.
It changes nothing else on this page. The same deletion dates apply, the same right to ask us to remove it applies, and it is not shared with anyone beyond the two places described here.
How long
When an enquiry is deleted
An enquiry we never managed to reach, and never spoke to, is deleted after ninety days. An enquiry we have spoken to is deleted a hundred and eighty days after the last contact. If you go on to take out a policy or an investment through us, that record falls under the record-keeping rules the regulator sets for financial firms, and those override this page.
Deletion is a job that runs on its own every night against a date stored on your record when you first sent it. It is not something anybody has to remember to do.
If you would like your enquiry removed before then, write to us and say so. We will delete it and tell you when it is done. Withdrawing your consent has the same effect.
When you click a button
Application forms are hosted elsewhere
Every "start an application" button takes you off this website to our forms platform. What you enter there is collected and stored by that platform on our behalf, and it is governed by that platform’s privacy terms as well as this one. You will see the address change in your browser, which is your cue that you have left this site.
We add tracking parameters to those outbound links — which page you came from and which button you pressed. That is how we know which parts of the site are useful. Those parameters describe the click, not you.
If you apply
What happens to an application
To arrange insurance, a loan or an investment we need identity and financial information — name, contact details, PAN, Aadhaar, income details, and whatever the specific product requires. This is a regulatory requirement, not a preference: KYC is mandatory for all three.
That information goes to the insurer, lender or fund house you are applying to, and to the registrars and KYC agencies they use. It goes nowhere else. We do not sell it, we do not pass it to unrelated third parties, and we do not use it to market unrelated products to you.
You can ask us what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it — subject to the records we are legally required to retain. Email invest@wealthfarmingadvisory.com and we will respond within a working week.
Hosting and logs
Server logs
This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, their servers record standard request logs — IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp — which exist to serve the page and to catch abuse. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors.
